“There are no shortcuts to any place worth going.”
Rosie Edwards is a physiotherapist with considerable experience in the paediatric field. After completing her community service at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, she worked as a physiotherapist at Forest Town School, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in treating children with special needs.
Rosie obtained her BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town and went on to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Witwatersrand. She is MAES (Movement Analysis Education Strategies) Therapy trained, and has completed the
Introductory Neurodevelopmental Therapy Course as well as an Aquatic Physiotherapy Foundation and Aquatic Physiotherapy Paediatric course.
Being a new mom, Rosie decided to practise from home to give her flexibility and more valuable time with her little one. She only has capacity to take on a limited number of children to ensure that she is able to give each of them the dedicated attention they require.
